Greg combines his training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Acupuncture Orthopedics and The Balance Method to provide a dynamic, effective and integrative approach to treatment. He has completed numerous courses in a wide variety of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine methods, styles, and specialties; spanning the full range of conditions benefited by TCM. Greg has for over a decade been a provider for Veterans Affairs (through TriWest) and for Federal employees (via the OWCP).
Greg believes a complete approach to health, healing and well-being involves therapies such as acupuncture and herbal medicine; plus stress reduction, exercise, and nutrition. The Chinese doctors for thousands of years have recommended a variety of practices, habits and behaviors for the promotion and maintenance of health and well-being. Today meditation, REBT/CBT based therapies, and mindfulness training are mainstream, as are recommendations for therapeutic diet and regular exercise, these ideas have been common practice in Chinese medicine for millennia.
