At Turning Point we encourage an approach to health, healing, and well-being that involves therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, as well as stress reduction, exercise, and nutrition. The Chinese doctors for generations have recommended a variety of practices, habits, and behaviors for the promotion and maintenance of health and well-being. Today these traditional methods for health promotion, such as meditation, mindfulness, Chi Kung (Qi Gong), diet therapy, and exercise (Kung Fu for example) have become mainstream.
