Insurance coverage verification

As a courtesy we are very happy to check on your insurance benefits at no cost to you, we also strongly recommend that you call your insurance company to verify coverage with our office. Please click the ACUCLAIMS icon below to begin the insurance verification process, this will only take a few minutes. We are unable to accept your insurance for acupuncture services until it has been verified. Please note that verification is not a guarantee that your insurance will cover the service, final proof of coverage is only after the service is billed and we receive an explanation of benefits with or without payment (EOB). If you have not already been in contact with our office and are verifying your insurance for the first time, please send us a quick email letting us know you have submitted your insurance for verification.
